Kids need to run and play and be wild! They also need to learn how to quiet their bodies and be aware of their surroundings, including their own bodies and feelings. Yoga helps kids do just that in a fun way!
All kids ages 5 through 4th grade are invited to sign up for our Kids yoga class being offered every Sunday in March at 10:05 a.m.
