Sunday School for All Ages takes place each Sunday at 10 a.m.

Super Wednesday

SUPER Wednesday is only SUPER if everyone, including you, is there.

Super Wednesday will run each Wednesday from now through March 28th. It will resume once again in the fall.

Super Wednesday Schedule

Before Dinner…

Beginning at 3:30 p.m.

  • Homework Help  (1st –6th Grade)

Beginning at 4:30 p.m.

  • Faith in Action – Games  (1st-6th Grade)
  • Gospel of Luke Study for Adults

Beginning in January and continuing through Easter, PCW is will be reading the Gospel According to Luke .  Each Wednesday, Pastor Ed, Pastor David, or Stuart Schaeffer will be leading a discussion group on the weekly assigned scripture passages.

A Delicious Dinner is served at 5:30 p.m. for everyone in the Great Room.

After dinner…

Beginning At 6:15 p.m.

  • Children’s Choir (1st-6th Gr.)

Cedric Knox, teaches the children to express themselves through exciting songs and instruments!  The Choir will sing at least one time each month in the Sunday services.

  • The Art of Service (1st-6th Gr.)  Children work on a variety of mission projects that are sent out of our church building that will help others in need.
  • Veggie Tales Club  (Preschool & Kindergarten)

The little ones watch a clip from one of the Veggie Tale movies each week which teaches a valuable lesson.  They play games, do art projects, sing songs, as they talk about  how they will live out those lessons at home.  Bob and Larry will be on hand to help their teachers too!

Beginning at 6:30 p.m. for Adults:

  • Common Grounds:  Stop by a cup of coffee, a soft chair, and some adult conversation.  WiFi is available too.

Confirmation Classes

Youth 8th Grade and older who are interested in exploring their faith and are interested in joining the church will meet on Sunday mornings at 10am. Contact Rev. Dr. Ed Goode for more info.

OUR OUTREACH TO CHILDREN IN THE COMMUNITY

After School Program

The Presbyterian Church of Wyoming partners with the Wyoming Youth Services Bureau to provide after school care for middle school youth who would otherwise have no adult supervision after school. Church members volunteer to assist with this program by serving as mentors and assisting students with homework.

We worship every Sunday with three services: two traditional services, one at 8 and the other at 11 a.m., and a casual, contemporary service - Visions - at 9 a.m. All are welcome!
