Along with the staff ministry team, our elders and deacons are the elected and ordained servant-leaders of our community of faith. Elders are called to be the spiritual leaders of the community and seek God’s vision for the direction of our community. They also oversee many of the central ministries of PCW.

The Deacons primary focus is on ministries of care and nurture in the community. They provide pastoral care, visitation, encouragement, and prayer for our community through their many vital ministries.
