Be The Church Sunday – 13 days away!

In worship yesterday, we were blessed to have heard from our Mission Team chairperson about the wonderful Sunday planned for October 11. It will be a wonderfully unique morning as we will gather at 8:45-9:15 for a worship service in the Sanctuary leading in to being sent out into the community to serve. We meet for service and then go out to serve. There will be project opportunities for all ages and abilities that morning, so there is something for everyone! There is more detail on the PCW Mission Team’s website here and you can sign-up for a specific project using their online form here.
While there will be a lot of “do-ing” that morning, it is even more so a reminder of how we are called to be the church in action, not just on one unique Sunday, but each and every day as we live out our faith in Jesus.
Super Wednesday is Back!!!

After the summer hiatus, we are thrilled to share that Super Wednesday is back! We start back up tonight! Events begin with homework help for 1st-6th graders at 3:30pm followed by games and lessons at 4:30pm. Dinner for all ages starts at 530pm and goes until 630. After 630, everything else starts rolling – Common Grounds Coffee House is open, small groups (starting next week), Wyoming Ringers rehearsal, Visions Band rehearsal, Childrens’ Choir, Preschool / Kindergarten activities, and LOTS more. Check the church calendar for more specific times. Come and be a part of this blessed night for the community and plan to invite your friends! See you tonight!
